• Care Points: Information about home elements requiring maintenance (AC filters, smoke detectors, etc.) that you create or we generate based on your home information.
• Tasks: Maintenance tasks, completion status, notes, and related information.
• AI Interactions: Messages and conversations with our AI Assistant "Hank" to provide context-aware responses.
• Images: Photos you upload related to Care Points or tasks.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, time spent, and actions taken.
• Log Data: Server logs including IP addresses, access times, and error information.
• Crash and Error Data: Application crash reports, error logs, stack traces, and performance metrics collected through Sentry.io to help us identify and fix issues.
• Location Data: General location information (city/state level) if you provide it during home setup.

• Apple Sign In: When you use Apple Sign In, we receive your Apple ID and email (if you choose to share it).
• App Stores: Subscription status and purchase information from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Manage your Care Points and tasks
• Update your account settings

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by:

We will delete your information within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We use Sentry.io ("Sentry"), a third-party error monitoring service provided by Functional Software, Inc., to help us monitor and fix crashes, errors, and performance issues in the Service. When you use the Service, Sentry may collect:

• Error and Crash Data: Stack traces, error messages, and application state at the time of an error or crash.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and available memory.
• Breadcrumbs: A trail of events and user interactions leading up to an error, such as screen views and network requests (not including personal content).
• Performance Data: Transaction durations, response times, and app startup times to help us identify performance bottlenecks.
• IP Address: Your IP address may be temporarily collected by Sentry for error grouping purposes.

11. AI Assistant Data Usage

When you use the AI Assistant "Hank":

• Your messages and home context are sent to AI service providers (OpenAI and Google) to generate responses
• We may log AI interactions for quality improvement and debugging
• AI service providers may use your data according to their own privacy policies
• We do not use your AI conversations to train general AI models without your explicit consent

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Providing in-app notification when possible
