Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"), including home information, tasks, Care Points, notes, and images.
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The AI Assistant ("Hank") provides general information and suggestions about home maintenance. The information provided by the AI Assistant is:
You should always consult with qualified professionals (contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc.) for specific home maintenance issues. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the AI Assistant.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by IMUSE INC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, though we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
